Clémence Julhiard joined the firm in 2009. Clémence Julhiard advises and assists private clients in realizing their real estate projects. She is supported by a responsive, skilled, and dynamic team. Clémence frequently undertakes the division of existing buildings into co-ownership and the so-called “vente à la découpe” of the units comprising them.
