Johanna Frèrejouand joined the firm in 2007, beginning her practice in private real estate law and contributing to the structuring of large-scale real estate projects. She subsequently developed particular expertise in construction and urban planning law, assisting institutional investors with the acquisition and sale of buildings and real estate-dominated securities. Johanna Frèrejouand has also applied her skills to the development of major urban planning projects.

She was appointed Partner in February 2021.
