Virginie Dequesne

Former partner

Former partner at DLF Notaires and former President of the firm, Virginie Dequesne Delorme devoted her career to complex real estate transactions and developed widely recognised expertise in structures relating to social housing.

She founded the firm’s institutional real estate department, laying its foundations before passing on its know-how to a new generation of notaries, several of whom are now partners and lead the department.

Virginie Dequesne Delorme retired from the profession on 20 March 2026.
